- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including captions, images, and short-form videos.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and community feedback.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive community environment.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and events.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets that align with our brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant or Content Creator is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity and the ability to generate original ideas.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic design software (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for social media trends and digital culture.
