Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Create and curate engaging text, image, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels and interact with our community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetic standards.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tools.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and cross-promotional collaborations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite).
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
