Join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media Campaign Optimization Specialist! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across major platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
You will work closely with our marketing team to develop data-driven strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives. Your expertise in campaign optimization will help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions across digital channels.
This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about digital marketing. You will be tasked with analyzing campaign performance metrics, conducting A/B tests on ad creatives, managing budget allocation across platforms, and staying current with the latest social media trends and algorithm updates.

- Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google platforms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness
- Manage and optimize budget allocation across multiple platforms to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content and compelling copy
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Test and scale successful campaigns while phasing out underperforming ones
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media advertising and campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Experience with advertising tools, analytics platforms, and tracking pixels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Portfolio or examples of successful past advertising campaigns or investment cases from previous work experience
