Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, and written copy aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor performance metrics and analytics to optimize content strategy and engagement rates
- Manage community engagement through responsive interactions, comments, and direct messaging
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithm changes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation and campaign management
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media analytics platforms and performance metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Creative portfolio demonstrating successful content creation for diverse audiences

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
