Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for TikTok and Instagram platforms
- Produce high-quality videos and graphics using CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, and similar tools
- Create platform-specific content (Reels, Stories, short-form videos) aligned with barbershop services
- Monitor social media trends and algorithm updates to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign integration and brand consistency
- Analyze content metrics and adjust strategies based on engagement data
- Manage content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably in beauty/grooming industries
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Canva, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere)
- Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms and best practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative content creation and video editing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and visual communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and SEO optimization
