Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create high-quality visual content including photos, videos, and graphics that reflect our outdoor brand identity
- Plan and schedule content calendars while maintaining brand consistency and voice
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign integration and promotional activities
- Analyze monthly performance metrics and report on growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 1-3 years of proven social media content creation experience
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Passion for outdoor activities and nature photography a plus
