Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
- Assist in the development of monthly content calendars across various social media platforms.
- Write catchy, SEO-friendly captions that drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor social media metrics and trends to provide insights for future content strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Support live coverage of brand events or promotional campaigns as required.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva Video).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Excellent command of the English language with a creative flair for copywriting.
- Self-motivated with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A portfolio or active social media presence demonstrating your content creation skills is a huge plus.
