You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, producing high-impact visual content, and engaging with our community on Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and TikTok. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and XiaoHongShu.
- Assist in managing daily social media operations, including content scheduling and post-optimization.
- Identify and analyze current digital trends to adapt into brand-relevant content.
- Engage with followers and community members to foster brand loyalty and increase interaction rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor social media analytics to report on content performance and suggest actionable improvements.
- Assist in basic graphic design tasks for social media assets and digital advertisements.
Kualifikasi
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok and XiaoHongShu.
- Basic proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot).
- Creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories through both visual and written content.
- Excellent command of English and/or Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage for XiaoHongShu content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for home decor, interior design, or lifestyle content is highly preferred.
