Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, storyboard, and execute creative content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and platform-specific feature updates.
- Perform on-camera hosting duties for brand educational and lifestyle content.
- Manage end-to-end video production, from filming with mobile devices to basic post-production editing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Engage with the community by monitoring comments and maintaining an active brand presence.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine future strategies and improve reach.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio or presence on social media showcasing your content creation skills.
- Confident, energetic, and natural in front of a camera.
- Proficient in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Rush.
- Excellent understanding of social media platform algorithms and content consumption habits.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to feedback constructively.
