Join our dynamic team at Wong Studio as a Social Media & Content Creator for premium Bali villa developments under Atrea Development. This exciting opportunity allows you to take full ownership of content creation, visual design, and brand identity for luxury villa projects in the heart of Bali.
In this role, you'll be the creative driving force behind our brand presence, developing compelling content that showcases the elegance and unique character of our premium villa developments. You'll work closely with our architecture and interior design teams to capture the essence of Balinese luxury living and translate it into engaging digital experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Create high-quality visual content including photography, videography, and graphic design that showcases luxury villa properties
- Manage and grow social media presence with engaging captions, stories, and interactive content
- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual language across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling brand assets and marketing collateral
- Monitor social media metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms to expand brand reach
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, and external partners for content production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
- Excellent written communication skills in English; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for engagement
- Knowledge of the luxury real estate or hospitality industry preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
