Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content (static and video) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign themes that align with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content formats to keep our brand relevant.
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from storyboard to final delivery.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize design strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative social media design work and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools like Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media design best practices, including aspect ratios, typography, and motion graphics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience in motion graphics or short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok) is highly preferred.
