- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators
- Plan, create, and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant insights into content planning
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely publication of materials
- Track competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing and content planning
- Proven track record of successful KOL/UGC partnerships and campaign management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data interpretation
- Creative thinking with ability to develop innovative content concepts
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
