Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform-specific algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate on content strategy and brainstorming sessions to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize future content based on audience insights and data-driven feedback.
- Support in administrative tasks related to content scheduling and community management.
- Train for leadership roles, eventually overseeing junior creators and managing team-wide creative workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media platform algorithms and trending viral formats.
- Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills with a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow into a management or leadership position.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight production deadlines.
