Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create high-quality visual content including photos, videos, and graphics that showcase Ishana MUA products
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on engagement and conversion rates
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the beauty industry
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Strong photography and videography skills with an eye for aesthetics
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar Selatan, Bali
