- Create and curate engaging visual and written content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and grow social media communities by actively responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) to maintain a consistent presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to track engagement and suggest improvements.
- Assist in basic video editing and graphic design for social media assets to enhance visual appeal.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant, Content Creator, or Virtual Assistant with a focus on social media.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills with a strong command of grammar and tone.
- Proficiency in basic video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
