Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Deliver clear, concise explanations about current products and promotional programs
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining brand voice standards
- Monitor social channels for customer feedback and sentiment analysis
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments with detailed context

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or social media support
- Exceptional written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with social media management tools and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with patience under pressure
