Beacon Light Community School seeks a dynamic Social Media & Design Specialist to elevate our digital presence and document our vibrant educational journey. In this multifaceted role, you'll own our social ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, creating engaging content that resonates with students, parents, and the wider community. You'll capture and document school events through professional photography and videography, transforming moments into compelling stories. Beyond content creation, you'll manage digital archives, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure our visual identity remains consistent and impactful. This position requires a blend of creative vision and organizational precision to showcase our school's unique spirit while maintaining operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow school's social media presence (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
- Create original visual content (graphics, photos, videos) for digital platforms
- Document school events and activities through professional photography/videography
- Develop and maintain digital archives of school activities and administrative records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to school communications
- Monitor social media trends and optimize content engagement
- Collaborate with staff to align content with school events and values
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in social media management or graphic design
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Strong photography/videography skills with editing capabilities
- Understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills for documentation and administration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school environment
- Portfolio showcasing creative social/digital work
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
