- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality written and visual content tailored to our brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster active community engagement.
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and marketing best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (1-3 years).
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and digital marketing funnels.
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
