Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) for social channels and digital campaigns
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
- Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data using Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity in content development and campaign ideation
