You will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, from content creation and social media management to paid advertising and customer engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including blog posts, infographics, videos, and copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Engage with the online community, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and foster brand loyalty through exceptional communication.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing materials and campaigns support overall business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithm updates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
