- Monitor trending topics and viral audio to integrate GiveSG into relevant digital conversations.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with our followers to foster a positive brand image.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to optimize content strategy and report on performance growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design integrated campaigns that support our fundraising goals.
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights our social impact stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and maintain our unique online voice.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging digital behaviors.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, or similar software.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone to different social platforms.
