Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content (graphics, videos, and copy) tailored to each platform.
- Monitor social media performance using analytical tools and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure brand relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with broader company campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand reach and lead generation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and how to interpret data to improve engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas for viral content and campaigns.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
