- Assist in developing comprehensive weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Research and identify emerging social media trends, viral formats, and shifting audience preferences.
- Execute targeted growth strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and overall brand visibility.
- Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments and fostering positive community interaction.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs and campaign performance metrics to guide future strategies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging multimedia content.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes to continuously optimize organic reach and engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Growth Associate, or similar digital marketing role.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent copywriting, content curation, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Metricool).
- Creative, adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and trend-spotting.
