Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social initiatives with overall brand messaging
- Research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns within budget constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in social media management and growth strategies
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay
- Creativity with content development and visual storytelling
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and budget management
