Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to different platforms.
- Manage and moderate social media channels to foster community engagement and customer interaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics to report on campaign success and optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in social media marketing or a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools.
