Tanggung Jawab
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter
- Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
- Monitor social media trends in the beauty industry and identify relevant content opportunities
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Assist in managing online community engagement and responding to customer inquiries
- Research and identify potential social media partnerships and collaborations
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices for each social media platform
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Passion for beauty products and trends in the beauty industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with a strong understanding of visual storytelling
