Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional copy tailored to our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to suggest innovative content ideas.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct basic market research to identify audience preferences and content gaps.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media trends, digital platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent written communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized in managing multiple tasks.
