We're seeking a dynamic professional with extensive experience in managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks and affiliate collaborations. You'll leverage your established creator connections to execute high-impact collaborations that boost engagement and brand awareness. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Identify, engage, and manage partnerships with KOLs and affiliate creators
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end campaign collaborations
- Analyze digital trends and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Create compelling content calendars and manage content production
- Track campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Foster relationships with creator communities and maintain a robust KOL network
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and KOL collaborations
- Proven track record of managing successful creator campaigns and affiliate programs
- Strong existing network of KOLs and affiliates in the Indonesian market
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and platform algorithms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to execute campaigns independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
