As the heart of our digital presence, you will be responsible for shaping Hoppiās brand narrative, scaling our community, and driving engagement through innovative content strategies.
In this role, you will lead the creative direction, manage influencer partnerships, and dive deep into performance analytics to ensure our content doesn't just reach an audienceāit resonates with them. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Hoppiās overarching brand mission.
- Lead and mentor the content team to produce high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific assets.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from conceptualization and content planning to final execution.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm shifts to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Oversee community management to foster a loyal and engaged audience base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing high-growth social media accounts and successful brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of organic and paid social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire creative talent.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Malay (written and verbal) to effectively communicate the brand voice.
