- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Execute the daily content calendar with 95% on-time accuracy to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content (text, image, and video) that drives user interaction.
- Monitor social media channels, manage community interactions, and respond to queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to track reach, engagement, and conversion, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaigns that support product launches and corporate initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and content management tools.
- Excellent copywriting and editorial skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of current digital trends and the ability to adapt brand voice to various audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
