- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the renovation industry.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, and written copy for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Drive organic lead generation through targeted campaigns and community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with the design team to showcase completed renovation projects effectively.
- Manage online reputation and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (at least 2 years).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation skills and lead generation success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Interest or background in interior design or construction is a plus.
