- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, and videos) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our approach remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visual assets and manage paid social media ad campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce monthly reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure brand voice consistency across all channels.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-3+ years preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
