  • Maintain a rigorous 95% on-time posting rate to ensure consistent brand visibility.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively build a loyal and active community.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and short-form videos.
  • Monitor industry trends, analyze social media metrics, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to improve organic reach.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva).
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
