Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and patient engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, and video) across all official platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for patient inquiries, feedback, and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to optimize future marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to highlight medical services, health tips, and hospital achievements.
- Manage paid social media advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and social media platform algorithm updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Excellent command of the English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- High level of integrity and empathy, essential for handling healthcare-related communications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced medical environment.
