- Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers for visual content production
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of social media management experience in hospitality/restaurant industry
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and conversions
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong visual storytelling and content creation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for event coverage
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Excellent written communication and crisis management skills
