Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create high-quality, engaging content including text, image, and video content that aligns with brand identity.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and foster an active online community.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to launch new nutraceutical products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, social media tools, and industry benchmarks.
- Manage paid social media advertising budgets and ensure high ROI for ad campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing apps.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and platform-specific algorithms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong passion for the health and wellness industry.
