- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments, and foster positive brand interactions
- Collaborate with marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
- Manage social media advertising budgets and track campaign effectiveness
- Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights for strategy refinement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Exceptional content creation skills with ability to produce engaging visuals and copy
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices
- Experience managing social media budgets and paid advertising campaigns
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
