Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content including graphics, short-form videos, and engaging captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media content with seasonal promotions and product launches.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
- Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia (fluent or conversational level).
- Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
- A passion for surfing, travel, and outdoor activities is a significant advantage.
