- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to increase brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, trend-focused content including Reels, TikToks, and static assets aligned with beauty industry standards.
- Manage the content calendar, including scheduling, copywriting, and ensuring consistent posting frequency.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content strategy and report on growth milestones.
- Engage with the online beauty community, responding to comments and fostering meaningful brand interactions.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand partnerships and seeding programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media features, beauty trends, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, specifically within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement rates.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in content creation, video editing (CapCut/Adobe Premiere), and graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of the beauty landscape, cosmetic products, and target market preferences.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Indonesian and English with the ability to adapt brand voice.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing platform analytics tools.
