Spacey Design is looking for a passionate Social Media Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data. You will be responsible for creating and curating highâimpact contentâincluding posts, graphics, short videos, and storiesâthat reflects our brand voice and resonates with our target market. By monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams, you will continuously refine the approach to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.

- Develop and implement a dataâdriven social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Produce visual assets (graphics, short videos, reels) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
- Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, userâgenerated content, and paid social campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social content.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual design and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent timeâmanagement and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
