Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality written and visual content to foster community engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and improve customer sentiment.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize campaigns and report on digital marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns, including budget monitoring and audience targeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and content marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphics software.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for creative writing and storytelling.
