Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for lifestyle, wellness, and smart home technology? M-Commerce Corporation is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to spearhead the digital presence for our flagship brand, HiEssence.
As the voice of HiEssence, you will be responsible for translating our innovative smart aroma diffusers into compelling visual and written content that resonates with our audience. We are looking for a trend-setter who understands how to build community engagement, drive brand awareness, and turn followers into brand advocates through authentic social storytelling.
You will work closely with our marketing team in the vibrant heart of BGC to strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns that showcase the intersection of technology and relaxation. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics and a pulse on the latest social media trends, we want to meet you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with HiEssence brand goals.
- Create, edit, and curate high-quality photos, videos, and copy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a brand-appropriate tone.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for seeding campaigns and collaborations.
- Monitor social media analytics to track KPIs and provide actionable insights for future growth.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills (Photography, Video Editing, or Graphic Design).
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for organic reach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight content deadlines.
