- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with promotions and events
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns within budget and performance targets
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
Kualifikasi
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media content and campaign examples
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva)
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of auto service industry is a plus but not required
