- Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build community
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and track ROI
- Assist in creating visual content (graphics, short videos) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage social media scheduling tools and calendar planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-2 years of social media management or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
