You will work closely with our marketing lead to conceptualize campaigns, manage our social media presence, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our digital footprint continues to thrive. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels to respond to patient inquiries and manage community interactions.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and clinic promotions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to capture high-quality photos and videos for clinic updates.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Support general marketing administration and event coordination for clinic outreach programs.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices within the healthcare industry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience or internship in social media management or content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
