Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create visually stunning and engaging content, including high-resolution images, videos, reels, and copywriting that aligns with the brand identity.
- Manage the monthly content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create promotional materials for products, events, and company initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, leads) using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Assist in basic photography and videography shoots when required, ensuring high-quality output for all marketing assets.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Studies, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in social media marketing and content creation is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also welcome.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Krubong, Melaka.
