Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, image, video) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights and reports.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and optimisation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually engaging assets.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Assist in community management, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
