You'll drive digital brand presence across all platforms, transforming our Bali resort's story into compelling content that resonates with global travelers. This role requires expertise in social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize engagement strategies, and deliver actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that showcase our unique heritage and contemporary luxury experiences. You'll manage content calendars, monitor industry trends, and implement data-driven solutions to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and direct bookings.

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Create engaging content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns with budget optimization
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with design teams for visual content creation
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Proficiency with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of hospitality/tourism marketing principles
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns
