Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Produce high-quality creative content, including copy, imagery, and short-form video for various digital platforms.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign ROI.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and promotional activations to support brand growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing messaging with financial product updates.
- Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful customer interactions.
- Assist in the design and distribution of digital marketing collateral and email newsletters.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the financial sector.
- Proven expertise in managing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in creative design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging content.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple event and project deadlines effectively.
