Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content (photos, videos, captions, stories) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage daily community engagement, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), and optimize content for better reach.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing collateral and campaign materials.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for influencer partnerships and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet tight deadlines.
